Dan Mazzilli has excellent customer service skills. He listened to what I wanted and gave me good advice about what I was looking at. He made the effort to move the deal forward which helped me move in quickly. His work ethic and willingness to get things done became more evident when we spent the time to submit my offers one evening when he had to fly out of the county the following day on a planned trip. The result was getting a fantastic place and a quick closing!

Dan Mazzilli made my dreams come true! Even when I was feeling discouraged, trying to find the perfect space for my business, he preservered with a smile on his face and the genuine drive to make it happen no matter what. I had my eye on that perfect place, but the owner was elusive. Dan physically went to the building every few days for 6 weeks until he finally met the owner.  Two days later, Dan had secured my New Premises! AND at an even better lease rate and agreement than we thought possible. Leasing is not the most lucrative way a real estate agent generates commissions , but Dan gave this his full and undivided attention and helped me every step of the way. One month later, the owner asked me to take over the remainder of the building, and yep, you got it-Dan was there to amend the lease. I will use him for all of my real estate needs from now on.
