As first-time home buyers we really didn't know what kind of an experience we were getting ourselves into, but we are truly grateful to have had Dan as part of our purchasing team. Weekday/weeknight/weekend Dan was available to show us a potential property despite his long commute. When we eventually found a place we truly loved Dan was able to set-up a viewing the night it was posted, walk us through putting an offer in that same night, and present our offer in-person the following night. Over the course of that 24 hour period our offer was accepted, and it is largely thanks to Dan's efforts. I should also mention that Dan re-arranged his birthday dinner in order to show us the property prior to moving in!
