We first met Dan at an open house, about a year later we chose to use him to sell our house and purchase a new one. We chose to go with Dan because he was not pushy like the realtor we used in the past. Dan was patient with us while we searched for our house and always ensured us we would find the perfect house, and we did! We purchased a house before selling our current, which both my husband and I were very nervous about but Dan told us we would sell quickly, and we did! Sold our house conditionally in just over 48 hours. If we ever choose to move again we would use Dan.
